CASE MANAGEMENT
The Ark’s professional case managers coordinate free, life-changing services to help individuals and families on their individual path to self- reliance. Case managers develop individualized care plans across all Ark services, community resources, including access to government benefits for 5,000 clients annually from locations in Chicago and Northbrook and serving needs throughout Jewish Chicagoland.
SOCIAL SERVICES
The Ark’s free, confidential services include case management, social services, financial counseling and assistance, kosher food pantry, mental health services, health clinics and pharmacy, employment services, housing solutions, and spiritual enrichment.
