CASE MANAGEMENT
The Ark’s professional case managers coordinate free, life-changing services to help individuals and families on their individual path to self- reliance. Case managers develop individualized care plans across all Ark services, community resources, including access to government benefits for 5,000 clients annually from locations in Chicago and Northbrook and serving needs throughout Jewish Chicagoland.
SOCIAL SERVICES
The Ark’s free, confidential services include case management, social services, financial counseling and assistance, kosher food pantry, mental health services, health clinics and pharmacy, employment services, housing solutions, and spiritual enrichment. GESHER
The Ark’s Gesher Program enhances and enriches the lives of Jewish adults living with mental health challenges. The Ark supports clients through case management and a warm community with daily therapeutic, creative arts, and activity-based groups in an atmosphere that fosters positive social interactions, celebrates Jewish values and rituals, and builds self-reliance.
FREE PHARMACY
The Ark’s Takiff Family Pharmacy offers free prescription medication community-wide to clients.
FREE PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE
Each person who comes to The Ark’s Medical and Dental Clinics receives the highest quality health care possible at no charge. The Health Center provides essential medical, dental, and psychiatric services to clients through the expertise of staff and volunteer doctors.
